Your 30-day free trial includes full access to the Intelligence tier — Sentiment Analysis, PII detection, and advanced reporting — plus unlimited storage and user seats. You also get 1 TB of searchable storage, which decreases to 500 GB/month if you choose to downgrade to Insights after the trial.
All plans include unlimited total storage. If you exceed your chosen live searchable threshold, you decide whether to keep extra data searchable at your plan’s overage rate ($0.45/GB for Insights, $0.40/GB for Intelligence) or move older mail to cold, uncharged storage.
Yes. You can upgrade from Monthly to Annual or 3-Year at any time to capture savings. Annual subscriptions save about 8% (one month free), and 3-Year plans save about 17% (six months free). Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Intelligence adds advanced capabilities such as AI-assisted tagging, Sentiment Analysis, PII detection, and deeper historical data. All our customers start on Intelligence to get richer insights, then decide whether to continue after their 30-day free trial.
Absolutely. All plans include unlimited total storage, no asterisks. You only pay for active, searchable storage above your plan’s included level. Older mail can be moved automatically to cold, uncharged storage, allowing you to stay cost-efficient without facing data loss or disruptions.
Your archived data remains secure and accessible for export at the standard $1/GB fee. If you downgrade from Intelligence to Insights, Intelligence-specific features (like Sentiment Analysis) are disabled, but your stored email remains intact.
